I am so lucky, every week I win more lotteries that I have never heard of. This week I won a huge cash prize and a new car from Peugeot. Being so lucky, I do not have to worry about claiming this prize, because I will "win" another prize next week, may be even bigger. Of course, I also know that if I were to try to claim this prize from another country, I would likely find out who the real winners are - "prizes" like the one below, received through my Yahoo email account, often require cash upfront to cover international transaction fees of some kind or another in order to "release" my prize. And if the first fee is paid, more fees will be discovered until I get tired of paying fees - but past history in these kinds of "lotteries" show that the prize is never released, or on rare occassions, a secondary prize with an actual value of considerably less than what was paid in fees, is released - but not in this particular type of "lottery".

The lottery notification shown below is a SCAM. Nothing more. Designed to make the originators very rich off the hopes and dreams of wishful thinkers.
